| Filing a Complaint |
| The proponent may submit an affidavit of complaint against an officer or staff of the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) and Office for Special Projects (OSP) addressed to the PMS Secretary at the PMS Reception Area/Lobby. The Office of the PMS Secretary shall endorse the complaint to the Legal Service for investigation and disposition.
